mortgage loans through our correspondent lending program.
Although we are unable to keep these loans in house (you
will make payments to our correspondent), Carson National
staff will handle your application through closing. We
have scrutinized many correspondents to bring our customers
the best, while still preserving our small bank can do

BALLOON LOANS • • •
All balloon loans are kept in house. Our balloon loans have
no escrow, so you pay the real estate taxes and insurance at
your convenience. We can even setup a savings account for you to earn interest as you save for your taxes and insurance.
Closing costs consist of title insurance, appraisal and a $125
loan fee. If you have enough equity in your house we
can even use the tax assessment in lieu of getting an
appraisal. Loan approval usually in a week or less. Very
competitive rates with a 15 to 30 year amortization and 5
year balloon.
