BALLOON LOANS • • •
All balloon loans are kept in house. Our balloon loans have
no escrow, so you pay the real estate taxes and insurance at
your convenience. We can even setup a savings account for you to earn interest as you save for your taxes and insurance.
Closing costs consist of title insurance, appraisal and a $125
loan fee. Loan approval usually in a week or less. Very
competitive rates with a 15 to 25 year amortization and 5
year balloon.
